Eligible organizations can apply for discounted orders, tax-exempt orders, or both depending on your status. Once approved, you’ll gain access to seasonal offers, educational bundles, and partner-only pricing.
Eligibility

501(c)(3) nonprofit status or public institution

Willingness to share basic use-case (what seeds will be used for)

Tribal Government Tax Exemption Letter
IRS 501(c)(3)
State Tax Exemption Certificate
School District Tax Exemption Letter
A letter from a sponsoring organization (nonprofit, city, school, etc.) confirming your garden's affiliation
If you’re unsure which document applies to your organization, please upload your best available proof of nonprofit, tribal, or educational status. We’ll follow up if more information is needed.
We understand that not all community gardens have formal nonprofit status. If your garden is grassroots or independently run, we still welcome your application—we may follow up to learn more before approval.
